It is certainly creeping up on us, yet again.

The beginning of the school year is just around the corner and with that comes uniforms, bags, books, lunch boxes, shoes and children driving us crazy. We have managed to find sometime since coming back from holidays to create some awesome (even if I do say so myself) looking book bags & swim bags ready for just this occasion.

This morning I went by to a good friends place to collect my new product pictures, she kindly offered to take them for me earlier in the week and well she now has to come back on Friday this week to take pictures of the stock already online because everything looks AMAZING.

Sunday has been and gone, and with it saw my very last market for 2009.

Not the best end to the year as it was 39+ degrees in Perth which mean that many people took the best option to stay home where it was cool. None the less we went to Market saw a few familiar faces, some new and then packed up early to head home to the cool ourselves.


Here is to 2010 being another fabulous year for our Market appearances.

What a day!

Yesterday saw us attend The George Street Festival in East Freo, a busy, fruitful & long day out in the wonderful WA sun. The festival was a great day out, from what I saw and our location was prefect right next to the play ground with all the activities for the children.

We introduced Bridget and she was only with us for a very short time, like 1 hour before she went home with a wonderful woman for her little person for Christmas.

Can't wait for next weekend at Mundaring, our last market for the year.

It's been all steam ahead in this house in preparation for Christmas, which yet again has snuck up on me. I *think* the presents for the little ones are covered, those for nieces & am going to handmade a lot of presents for the others.

At Woddle Bots however I have been handmaking lots of goodies to fill those Santa Stockings and will have them loaded onto the site by the 1st of December ready to be mailed right to your door. Express shipping is even thrown in at no extra charge to make sure 'Santa' gets his goodies on time :)

Which one would you like to win?

For those that are on facebook and are a fan of Woddle Bots you will know that we recently had a boast fan numbers giveaway.

Well the lovely Emily was one of our first winners and she asked me to make her little man some cord pants for next winter. They left my house a while ago now but finally here are some pictures for you all to see what she asked for.

I particularly love the combo of the brown owls pair as it is one I haven't done before.

So before my post earlier this week I am sure you have all noticed how MIA I have been, this is why.

We got a wholesale order from Heather @ Handle with Care that has kept us very busy, when you consider market preparation, sick household, custom orders and general life. Thankfully a good friend & my sister stepped up to the plate to lend a hand, I owe you ;)

Sunday saw us hold our first stall at the Mathilda Market - Perth and it was awesome. Great to see some familar faces and plenty of new ones. We had plenty of new stock creations, great new Stripe It nappy designs, not to mention our handmade dolls.
