Doesn't this look like something you could eat? Something you want to eat? Something you wish you had in your hands right now TOO EAT.....

Well even if you did have it in your hands you wouldn't want to eat it as it is actually soap. That's right soap from Cake of Soap

The online shopping site is still a work in progress but they can be found at fabulous markets in Perth, at the store in Fremantle and I am sure you could email for a older order.... Or I might even go shopping if I am bribed nicely.

I have several different kinds, that have been given as presents and one is even from a Wedding (where all the woman got cake 'soap'). They smell amazing and look so good I haven't actually used them. We have some plain blocks, or circles from them also that J used to clean his hands and it is AMAZING stuff.

So with a decision made on markets, a date booked and the fee paid it is time to start getting organised. Besides all of the nappies I have been making, I have been putting the tag on ones already in stock, making a few little toys, cutting some clothes (including a new skirt) and making taggies.

Something small, soft, cute & most certainly market friendly.

What is your preferred way to purchase items??

Me, personally am definitely a set person. Everything in Kyla's cupboard is hang like a set, whether they are made as a set or I make her wear them as a set. Kaleb's was the same when he was younger but he now just messes it up or insists on picking himself, so no real point.

Some items of clothing I have been making and listing as sets, others I have only been making the top or a bottom with obviously the understanding that I can make something to match if people would like. But am wondering what the rest of the world prefers to buy their items like, hence the question.

Would you prefer to see products list as top/pant sets OR as individual tops & pants???

J being for Jane or Jack!

After a busy weekend I have finally managed to finish the pants, take pictures and even upload them. I only have a couple made for the minute, although will be offering a custom option as I have plenty of colours available :)

Plain Jane Size 18-24m

Plain Jack Size 2

Plain Jack/Jane Size 2

The best thing about these is that they are unique, but simple and affordable. Even better is that if people would like a cuff or ruffle added, it can be done fairly simply before I send it on it's way.

These can be found later this week on Oz Handmade.

And getting ready to jump into the mail to come to someone special :)

Introducing our newest little friends:

Blackie

Funky

Stripes

Retro

These are the first of some toys I am going to create, stay tuned for some other soft friends. Our frogs are made from our quality cottons, double stitched and filled with split peas (much safer than plastic balls).

All of our frogs will also come with a card printed with their name & the Funky Frog song we shared on our last entry.

What do you think??
